Unboxing your Sewing Machine/Learn How to Use Your Sewing Machine
Become familiar with the basic functions of their sewing machine. Participant must have the operator’s manual and all accessories for the make/model of their sewing machine.
Sewing 1
Participants receive hands on instruction, learn basic sewing skills, how to thread and operate a sewing machine, identify and use essential sewing tools and take measurement.
Sewing 2
Participants receive hands on instruction building on skills learned in sewing one. Also, learn how to select a pattern and fabric.

Sewing 3
Participant will continue working with project from sewing 2, or select new project. Combining techniques as they relate to their current skill level (skills learned in Sewing 1 & 2).
Advanced Sewing
Participant will select and make a project using advanced techniques such as buttons wholes, pockets and inserting a lining.

Project Lessons/series
Participant will receive instructions based on the project currently working on, or begin a new project introducing new techniques/skills (limited to 2 sessions only). The series consist of three - five meets totaling 7 hours of instruction).
2 hour session .......................... $185.00
Series/3-5 sessions.................... $700.00
Advanced Sewing/Custom Series
Participant will make one garment, completing the entire process to include a meet-up at the fabric store.
Sessions and cost is determined by participants needs.

Our Sewing Party package is the perfect way to get kids excited about learning how to sew. With our expert instructors and fun, hands-on approach, your child will have a blast creating their own projects from scratch. It's the perfect way to encourage creativity and build confidence! Contact us to schedule a party.
It’s SEW easy! Guests will sew one take away project. Studio Tissue8 provides everything needed to have a successful party, Sewing machines, fabric & notions. Party decorations and cupcakes are available for an additional fee of $100.00.
