Slipcover Workshop Instructor: Chris Cooper @ Fabric Place Basement Store 6660 Richmond Hwy Alexandria, VA 22306 Two date options: 1st option: Sunday October 12, 2025 Noon - 4p 2nd option: Sunday October 26, 2025 noon - 4p The Art of Making Fitted Slipcovers workshop combines observation and hands-on practice to teach the fundamentals of slipcover making. Participants will learn how to accurately measure, cut, pin, and sew fabric to achieve a tailored fit for furniture. With guided demonstrations and step-by-step practice, this workshop equips attendees with practical techniques and confidence to create custom slipcovers that are both functional and polished. No supplies are required for this workshop

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Refunds for class/events are available when the customer cancels 7 days before the first day of class/event. Cancellations made after that time will receive a Studio Tissue8 credit, less a $7.00 handling fee. Credits are non-transferable and can only be used for the same customer within 60 days of issue date. Bookings made within 7 days are non-refundable. All fitting fees are non-refundable. Cancellations will result in forfeit of fees.
